We’re a family run NDIS service provider with a big belief people deserve to be treated with care, dignity and genuine respect.
Our passion comes from our own family experiences watching the way our grandparents and friends were supported, and seeing what was missing.
We saw how impersonal, rushed and “tick-the-box” care can be, and we knew things could be different. Better. More human.
So we built PrimeCare Community to support young adults in a way that feels real.
